Job opening: Full Time Finance and Administrative Office Licensing Clerk 

The Township of South Hackensack is seeking a full time, qualified candidate to join the Finance/Administrative office team. Candidates shall be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to perform in an active environment. Excellent computer skills are required including digital media experience.   Responsibilities include, but not limited to, maintaining/analyzing financial records, accounts payable, verifying accuracy of all purchase orders, and preparing check payments, prepare monthly bill list, vendor maintenance, accounts receivable, maintenance of fixed assets, payment of developer escrow bills, assist in collection of tax bills, interaction w/residents, vendors. Responsible for issuance of all municipal licenses and other duties as requested by the CFO and Township Clerk. Applicants must have municipal finance experience along with experience with the Edmunds Finance Software System. Bi-Lingual Candidates are preferred. 

Salary will commensurate with experience.
