PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SUBMISSION OF A 2024 BERGEN COUNTY OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND GRANT APPLICATION

Application of the Township of South Hackensack for Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund Municipal Park Improvement grant funding for 2024.

TAKE NOTICE: that the Township of South Hackensack will hold a Public Hearing on submitting the following application to the 2024 funding round of the Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund Municipal Park Improvement Program.

Veterans Memorial Park (Firemen’s Island), Block: 2.01, Lot: 3.02, Phillips Avenue
The project will include site beautification consisting of the replacement of trees, site beautification, mulching and landscaping, flagpoles, concrete pavers, and pathway lighting to create a passive park setting.
Date of Public Hearing: May 23, 2024

Time: 7:30  PM

Location: Municipal Building, 227 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, NJ 07606

Formal action may be taken.

In accordance with the regulation governing the submission of the Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development application, the Township Committee of the Township of South Hackensack will conduct a public hearing to obtain citizen input concerning the grant application.
