The Township of South Hackensack is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested individuals and/or firms for the positions listed below.
The Township is requesting Qualification Statements for the following positions:
- Municipal Attorney
- Municipal Auditor
- Municipal Engineer
- Attorney – Bond Counsel
- Attorney – Litigation
- Attorney – Labor/Litigation
- Attorney – Public Defender
- Attorney – Zoning Board
- Attorney – Planning Board
- Insurance Risk Consultant
- Real Property Appraiser
- Municipal Planner
- Attorney – Tax Appeal

All communications concerning this RFQ or the RFQ process shall be directed to the Municipality’s designated contact person, in writing.

Qualification Statements must be submitted to, and be received by, the Municipality, via mail or hand delivery, by December 22, 2011 at 11:00am. Qualification Statements will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or e-mail. The responses will be publicly opened and announced at 11:00am on December 22, 2011 at the Office of the Township Clerk.
