NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township Committee, for the Township of South Hackensack, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on June 7, 2007 at 10:00 am prevailing time at the Municipal Complex, 227 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Solid Waste Collection and Disposal
Specifications and other bid information my be obtained at the Municipal Complex, 227 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, New Jersey during regular business hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
